Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here's how returns work.

Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

โ„น๏ธTo be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp or email at hello@pickncheer.cloud with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Provide Details: Share photos of the product and packaging if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm if the return is approved within 24โ€“48 hours.
  4. Ship It Back:Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions. In most cases, we arrange a pickup from your address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 5โ€“7 business days via the original payment method.
  • UPI Payments: Refunded directly to your UPI account.
  • Card Payments: Refunded to the original card (may take 7โ€“10 business days depending on your bank).
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer โ€” please provide your account details.

Exchanges

If you received a wrong or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective:

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
