Browse our shop, add items to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your delivery address, choose a payment method, and place your order. You'll receive a confirmation message once your order is placed.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier partner's website. If you don't receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.

We process orders quickly — usually within 1–2 business days. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at the earliest with your order details. We can't guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

We're sorry! Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Non-metro and Tier 2/3 cities: 5–8 business days. Remote areas: 8–12 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000. For orders above ₹500, you pay only 50% of the shipping cost. Standard rates apply for orders below ₹500.

Yes, we ship to all pincodes across India. Our logistics partners cover 28,000+ pincodes. If your area isn't serviceable, you'll be notified at checkout.

For bulk or custom orders (10+ items), shipping timelines may differ. Please contact us on WhatsApp for a custom quote and delivery timeline.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (where available). All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most orders. COD charges a small processing fee which will be shown at checkout. To enable the best experience, we recommend using UPI for faster order processing.

Yes. All payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment partners. We never store your card or banking details on our servers.

We currently don't offer EMI or installment options. You can use Buy Now Pay Later services from our payment partners if supported at checkout.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the item is defective.

The following cannot be returned unless damaged or defective: items without original tags/packaging, personalized or custom-made products, items marked 'Final Sale', and items damaged due to misuse after delivery.

Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Share photos of the product if it's damaged or defective. We'll review and confirm approval within 24–48 hours, then send you return shipping instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected: UPI refunds are processed within 5–7 business days directly to your account. Card refunds may take 7–10 business days. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer — please share your account details.

Yes. If you received a wrong or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. For other exchanges, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
